Bachelor’s Thesis

Seamless refers to the construction of this residential project. The simple building volume, combined with the rhythm of the facade, allows for prefabricated concrete elements without ill-considered joints. The apartments clearly distinguish between the public and the private, with strong connections between the public spaces. The ground floor consists of guest apartments, communal spaces, and activities that activate the urban space, while the recessed roof level with its communal space enables social interaction within the building.
